An appalling piece of amateur journalism. Whoever is behind this is a massive underperformer in the journalism field.

If Declan sees this I hope he has the strength of character to ignore it and sense of humour to have a good laugh about it.

Ffs, he has only made 12 league appearances, some as sub, in a side with the second worst defensive record in the league. He is one of the few players we have been pleased with this season.

While I wouldn't argue about Kimbo's inclusion I think you can look at most clubs with the possible exceptions of Chelsea (but have their strikers been that good), Man City (almost every commentator can't understand why Demicelis gets picked every week) and Liverpool (not good defensively) every side has an under performer or 2.

However, the journo has only picked on the sides in the bottom half of the table. Has Soldado been worth the £27m Spurs spent on him? What has Kagawa done at Man U? Vermaelen wants away from Arsenal as he is not getting games - not good enough to get in first 11 maybe.

All they have done is look at the bottom half and thought who can we pick on from those sides?

All of you paying Sky subscriptions, how about protesting directly?

how about fellaini for £27m, cleverly in there, soldado etc

though it just seems to be based on statistics so presumably a player like joe allen who passes backwards, sideways and does nothing all game is in the best XI.....<laugh>
 
Other good names there Swamp, Fella, Felli, Fell..... oh bugger it, him with the hair like a tree is an excellent example. Now if the Mancs were in the bottom half would the lazy journo risk the wraith of Manc fans by naming him or Cleverley? Would he hell!!!!
 
john looks a decent player to me, any player of his age in a relation battle is always going to be looked at closely and he wont have had the luxury of being bedded in like most players but he has acquitted himself well....
