Loan watch. Colne v Tadcaster A. Both Annan & Barkworth started and helped Tadcaster to a 0-0 draw, which was a great result, as Tadcaster played with 10 men from the 43 minute. Annan was subbed in the 90th minute. Salford City v Gainsborough T Brandon Fleming started and Ben Hinchliffe was on the bench but went down 1-0 to the league leaders, which overall was a good performance. It didn’t state whether BH played some part or not. Gainsborough plays Ferriby Tuesday evening on the 17th April at Ferriby, so anyone able to go might be worth it. Alfreton V Spennymoor T Adam Curry started and played a full 90 minutes for Spennymoor and helped them to a 1-4 win over Alfreton. Guiseley V Maidstone U No sign of Greg Luer in the matchday squad, not sure whether he is injured or just not included. As a matter of interest no sign either of Danny East in the Guiseley matchday squad. The game finishes 0-0. Dagenham & Redbridge V Woking Jonny Edward’s was on the bench but came on at 63 minutes for Woking. The game finished 1-1, Edward’s didn’t score.
He played in central midfield for all his time with the U18's, then switched to right back when he was promoted to the U21's, but I think he's played right across the defence at various times recently.
**** me that pitch looks like the ones I played On back a long ****ing time ago, divots divots every where.... And the odd bit o cow ****..
To be fair their game was called off a week before because of a waterlogged pitch, so I guess it must be pretty soft.
What was the final result? Apparently the trialist, Jayden Antwi, played really well up front. EDIT: Never mind, they won 4-3, trialist didn't score but played well.
He’ll need even better springs then to be a centre back, although occasionally do get very successful smaller ones.
