The Under-21s' play-off final against Huddersfield Town will be played at the Liberty Stadium on Wednesday, May 13 (kick-off 7.30pm).
The development squad booked their place in the final following a dramatic penalty shoot-out victory over Nottingham Forest this week.
Entry will be FREE for season ticket holders, £1 for non-season ticket holders and will go on sale from 10am on Saturday (May 9).
Tickets can be purchased in-person at the Ticket Office or over the phone on 0844 815 6665. There will be no online sales.
This fixture will be uploaded automatically to supporters' season ticket cards, while supporters must bring their card with them in order to gain entry.
Tickets will also be available on the night but we advise supporters to buy in advance to avoid queues.
NOTE: There will be unreserved seating for this game in the West Stand only.
