Hi all,

Took my 6 year old cousin to his first game last Saturday. Sat in the Family section and got him in for free, and me in for £18.

Now, what with the turnstiles not manned by any stewards. What is to stop someone purchasing 1 adult ticket, and 1 Under 11 - and going along with another adult? Thus saving money?

I know it's not entirely ethical, but it would seem strange to have such a big loophole?

Thanks!

Well you can't do it obviously at the ticket office, and any ticket you buy would be for a registered customer and their date of birth would be on the system, therefore it wouldn't let you do that.

You can't do it. When you put the ticket in the slot, two green lights flash for an adult ticket. For a concession, it flashes with one green and one orange light. The stewards who are there look when the orange light flashes.

Unless the person you went with was also a concession, I highly doubt you'd get away with it.
