So unless we are saying Rafa's spend doesn't actually count because you like licking his nutsack, then not in any realm known to mankind did he have it 65m easier than Rafa. You could say if you were desperately trying to rescue the Rafa Myth that Bruce had it 11m easier. Or a Muto. But of course you would have to conveniently ignore that Rafa's actual total spend to amass his own squad was 152m over three seasons. Not to mention all that time he had to drill them etc. Sorry 12th or higher and he has clearly outstripped Rafa unless you're a complete fruitcake.

Besides, I didn't dare venture an opinion with people so knowledgeable as yourself around to provide commentary. Just observed that logic on this board seems to vary wildly depending on circumstances and preconceived opinions...
