No I'm afraid it is not end of. Colo was at the back by himself a f**ing hell of alot as Dummett and Saylor kept swarming forward for most of the game and abandoning their positions.

Certain individuals were so f**ing s**t today I don't even have the words to describe them. Also why after all these c**tin years are we still so s**t at corners? It really is painful.

I think we all knew it would happen. What is pretty clear is that we won't be winning another derby as long as Pardew is in charge.

I hate to say it but Sunderland DID deserve that goal. It was not a classic smash and grab performance like we do week in week out but they had many chances to score.

Our tactics at home are poor as hell.....

    Le Gouf - did nothing
    Sammeobi - did nothing
Tiote - did nothing but foul
    Colo - did nothing

You cant have 4 players doing that in a game of this importance and expect to win.

Pardews record is woeful in the derbies.
    Our next game is Manu.

    Thats another defeat coming up......

Positives - Ayoze looks like he could be a cracking player. Him, Sissoko and Colback where the only players who really come out of this game with any real credit.

Tiote can go **** off. I am done with him, he is only interested in the foul and then when he gets his booking usually 25 mins in, he then becomes inneffective. He breaks play up but nothing else.

Sunderland got lucky today, it happens. Pantilimon pulled off at least 2 very good saves. Newcastle need to learn from it and ensure this run ends next time because they owe their fans big time in Derbies and after what happened on Wednesday night which was a worse result.

I thought they owed us one today after losing our most important game of the season so far on Wednesday. Fair play to The mackems though, they kept going and eventually got one to go in when we couldn't.

Mainly right, their 'shots' that Pants had to save from Perez (who looked lively and most likely to..)were not very good I reckon Sissoke's was going over.

Why we do not score very often was plain to see, we missed several chances , Wickham two, Gomez's shot was embarrassing (he is in the team for his shooting ability) and before AJ scored his goal he also missed a good chance. Against wetsham Dozy Cannotscore also missed a sitter...currently it is a wonder we score at all.

Apart from the first 10-15 minutes when you were on top and we could not get out of our own half, I thought you did not look that good. Cisse was missed I guess. We had two slow fullbacks and yet you did not appear to see that and put some fast guys onto them. Although there was several yellow cards, the only bad foul was your Colo(clown) in Fletcher.

You are 4 points ahead of us in the league which might be difficult to make up, but really we are just two mid-table sides who could do with some finishers. You I hear may be after Ings?

You were inexcusable poor, and made one of the poorest 11 we have ever sent look good. I thought second have you would tank us but you were woeful. Watch the game again, it took us 6/7 clear cut chances to score. Thats why Colback was a squad player, main man for you FFS, Long winter ahead and a Merry Xmas me pals. Good luck in the FA Cup, it's all either of us haven other than 555555555555555 in a row.

Finishers needed but I do look around both sides and don't see a lot of quality. Obviously Sissoko has turned into a good quality player but we're likely to lose him. I'm not sure any other player from either side is good enough to get in a top 6 side. I do think we have one possible superstar in young Aarons. Again for how long though.

Perez and Sissoko missed very good chances today, scuffing their shots. They were actually great chances. Armstrong made a criminal error not squaring it for a Sissoko tap in, he is young though. We had plenty of opportunities today (as did Sunderland) but I was never really convinced we would take one. I thought Sissoko's was probably crashing in off the underside sitting side on. Perez curler towards the end looked good but difficult to tell if it was in the corner.

We are not as good without Obertan (never thought I'd say that) and Aarons. They stretch teams and Aarons is a bit special in terms of ability.
