You can't get too close to Hamman, his eyebrows get in the way. On the other hand, if you approach from the rear............
Many Cardiff fans think that he was too close, one of the inner circle. Many of his posts on his web site are pro Sam and undermind anyone other than Sam.
Hey, thanks guys for making me so welcome. I posted a few times on the old board, I,ve been reading your comments possibly since the start of this board unfortunately getting some free time to join up and post has been my biggest problem! Couldn,t agree more about the accolade that Bridgend is Bluebird central, I,m not a townie myself, so much so that I insisted that the M4 was built to seperate us from them! LOL. Just off J36 there lies a small but passionate area that is crammed full of Bluebirds, so much so that in the 70s and early 80s we run our own coach from here, now of course we have a railstation at the bottom of Sarn hill, but we still jump on the 11.55 from Bridgend to Cardiff.. Old habits die hard! Anyone remember the Craddock arms? Bloody place was awful but you could get a pint there from aged 13! I not unlike a few fellow posters used to stand on the Grange, I then transferred to the Bob bank, far better fun could be had there, on occasions I used to run with a few Barry boys. Happy Days. Once again guys thanks for the welcome, Ill prob disagree with a few posters, warm to a few, no hurt or malice intended after all we,re all in the same boat, its just the captains that change! I have observed that there seems to be a respect growing between ourselves and some of our cousins down the road, long may it continue, in my experience that road has occasionally been a bit rocky.
Sorry Proph, meant to say in this part of the borough given we have Pencoed on a 50/50, and Porthcawl/Cornelly possibly split, Bridgend including Maesteg/Garw/Ogmore valleys and of course Sarn/ Bryncethin et al are Blue to the Bone! I,m really warming to you all, bet you bunch are a real good laugh under both legal (and for some illegal) substances. LOL PS I,m partial to a good bit of Mature cheddar, together with a cracker and a drop of vintage port myself! Oh, and Bow (known as shunk shunk in these parts, in relationship to the advertisement where the arrows hit the wood) helps as well!
