The Highlight comedy club starts at 8.30pm so it's going to be an early dinner, might chance my luck and have a few back ups.

Having dropped my wife at Falkirk Grahamston to get the train to Glasgow, I can assure you that this **** tip is best avoided full stop, let alone for a weekend.

I am hot footing it back to Edinburgh for more meetings, dodging the old ****s and tourists who are attending the highland show.

Glasgow sounds like the right choice.

I worked at Dev's work (allegedly) on Robertson street back in 2005.

You could see right into the Radisson.

We used to have to work till 20:00, then we'd switch all the lights off and see right into peoples hotel rooms and watch them getting changed etc.

Basically, Dev is going to be ****ing and watching you Mick.

    Enjoy.

I'm always letching in the Raddison windows and exposing myself while I mark exam papers.

Like you said, i'm jobless. I do have a part time job riling random losers on t'internet though, but it does'nt pay the bills so I do a couple of burglaries a week to make ends meet, otherwise I sell my hairy arse on Bothwell St of an evening.

    It's a living.

Head to Glasgow, stay at the Citezen M hotel but when heading out get a taxi to West End..

    Eat at Bo'vine
Go out drinking in Ashton Lane
Out later - your stuck cause the places ae mainly young (18/19/20) posers places like Boho!

    Or head to Merchant City

Eat in Metropolitian or Ingram Wynd (cheaper option)
Drink in Bar96,Bachus, Home (Cheap) or Blackfriars
or even just sit in Merchant Square!
Out later - plenty of paces but a bit "posey" but suits late 20s/early 30s

That's the place I was thinking off ... the Loft!

Merchant City is much better - loads of choices of bars n eating places!

Glasgow: Clubbing wise - no been out clubbing for ages. Getting too old for that at 34!!!

    Arches full of bams
    Sub Club ful of ****ers
Art School full of posh kids
Soundhaus full of posh ****er bams n crusties
Brunswick Hotel Basement full of queers n the Skins cast

<laugh> Here N Lennon lay - scudded by a pair of OAPs
