Alan...with silly posts like that it's not surprising your @home Not Np's way mate. He made a bid , got knocked back so got Knockeart....you should have sold him to us for £1.5 mil when you had the chance but hey ho **** happens eh... ! all the best .
I'm still glad we didn't sell him to Leicester, both on principle, and because of the message it would have sent out. Still, I don't think he's ever been that good, I said at the time that he appeared to be getting better each week he didn't play in some people's minds. Probably in his own too.
my nephew played vs Bradford on FIFA13, slide tackled Nathan Doyle from behind and gets a red.. then his mum texts Nathan's wife and tells her.. she tells nathan who says he's coming over to sort the lad out! classic (and true)
I nearly used it on the mod board earlier this week. I was on the point of pressing the post button when I realised none of them would have a clue what I was referencing.
That's the key bit in it. It's the same as not selling Hunt to Wolves for £7M in the January, him then being injured, and us getting much less after relegation. You don't make decisions with hindsight, you make them with the information available at the time and both decisions were the correct decisions when they were taken.
