Just a quicky but I thought it was worth sharing.

Man City have been fined 30,000 Euros for coming out for the 2nd half of their 2nd leg tie against Porto sixty seconds late.

In the first leg, Porto fans racially abused Balotelli so UEFA gave them a 20,000 Euros fine.

Unbelievable!!!
 
Read that in the paper tis morning. It's riduclous.

It also says FK Rabotnicki were fined €10,000 for 'monkey chants' at Liverpool players in 2010.
