A Pyrrhic victory for the GMB. If AddLee are forced into paying minimum wage etc they will simply employ drivers on set shifts and not pay them the rate for the job, they will pay a small mileage commission and the drivers will be worse off and not have the flexibility of the current set-up. Unfortunately there are too many lazy drivers who want all the cream and don't use their heads to play the system and earn good money, they're about to f*ck it up for everyone...
