Whats happening at the academy, recent recruitment and coaching standards are way way below par. It needs sorting out.

I would like to see him back tbh., I thought he outclassed KB both at the academy and as stand in manager, maybe that had something to do with Ross getting shot of him, whatever the reason it was a big mistake, probably the worst of many.
