    I have no bias, I just don't rate him.

    End of the day we all have different opinions. If McQueen proves me wrong then it isn't really a bad thing.

    Chelsea won the FA Youth Cup, we won the u21 Cup.

    Maybe Chelsea U21s won the u21 league?

    However, it could be argued not rating someone causes you to biased in your future observation. We often see only what we expect. Ask my wife.
