What's the situation with Vaughan Covil? I see he captained the U21's today. Was he out for a long period injured? Looks like he played for USA U23's before Xmas, so presumably now back to match fit? Still only 20. Is he in his last year with us? Looked promising back in 2022!
He was pretty much out for a year after having surgery, I think he came back last September, then went off to play for USA U21’s.
Might be a typo on the website, but according to Transfermarkt, Andy Smith is eligible for the Malaysia national team, he's listed as having Malaysian and British citizenship. Wonder if he fancies a call up? Nice part of the world that.
