Wouldn’t be surprised if teams higher up started looking at Greening too. Doing a cracking job but fortunately for them he doesn’t need any money so can’t see him leaving any time soon

 

Snelgrove doesn't seem to be getting much game time with Crusaders!

Note to Acun..... i and I suppose we would rather see some of the young lads getting dumped on than some of the effort shown by supposedly seasoned professionals in recent games.

 

He’s managing his hometown club, it would take a decent offer to make him move.

Harry Wood is far from happy.... I can't name clubs because I promised his Dad, but he has had offers. I was watching clips from YT the other night and a lad called Simons debuted for PSG at 16.... other end of the scale a 16 year old debuted for Barnsley and scored two (shown ion Calendar, first was a great goal).... we seem to big up the whole academy thing and dont give our young lads a sniff, instead letting their contracts run down and then let them go...who was it said 'if they're good enough etc"

If there's one thing we do well, it's give our academy kids a chance. 3 of our starters last year were recent academy graduates.

He hasn’t unfortunately. Crusaders gaffer doesn’t even watch training. Think he could be back soon if it continues, which is a shame because he made a real concious effort to move away from home and experience a loan move like that.

 

I know his dad well, he said Macca wasn't happy going in the first place as he wanted a move in England (like Greaves did) but he was persuaded because he saw how well Chadwick and Salam did at Linfield. Ahmed was released when he got back and hasn't found a club, he's probably worried the same thing will happen to him.

 

Oh yeah, they're doing really well at the moment. He'll be getting offers now that silly season has kicked in in the leagues above.

 

Fair play to him he doesn’t get paid either.
Took him awhile to learn the league went all ball players at first then realised he needed a few lads who get stuck in and a big lump up front.

 

He's been on the bench, but doesn't seem to getting a lot of game time.

 

Ahmed signed for alfreton town a couple of weeks ago. Lower down than I’d anticipated, but at least he’s playing.

 

Set up the winner today, should completely change the dynamic of his loan spell.
