Ah well, not to be and in all honesty beaten by a stronger team. Nonetheless, decent performances by some of our lads; just not by enough of them. The team was:

    L. Ashby-Hammond; Spence, S. Sessegnon, Mundle-Smith, Felix (Hilton 74'); Harris; York (Martin 65'), De Havilland, Francois, Kelly (Abraham 65'); Santos-Clase

    Unused subs: J. Schwarzer, Carvalho

Unlucky for the youngsters yesterday, with a dubious penalty making the difference. Apparently the conditions were pretty bad, so our goal by Timmy Abraham - a chip from 30 yards with the goalie off his line - was all the more special. The team was:

    L. Ashby-Hammond; Felix, Armsworth, Mundle-Smith, Martin; Davis (Frei 83'), Hilton (Asare 75'); Elliott, Carvalho, Jasper (Kelley 75'); Abraham

    Unused sub: Wickens

    Fulham 1 Spurs 2 (U18s)

Scotty Parker's side got revenge for a defeat at theirs earlier in the season and to be fair they were the better side over the piece. Timmy Abraham put our lads ahead with an early goal but Spurs pegged them back with a goal in each half. Thanks to goalie Julian Schwarzer we stayed in the game and might have got an equaliser right at the end when a Fabio Carvalho shot appeared to hit a Spurs arm.

    The team was:

    J. Schwarzer; Felix, Bagueloc-Rich (Armsworth 56'), Mundle-Smith, Cover (Garrido 60'); De Havilland, Harris; Elliott, Jasper, Santos-Clase (Carvalho 46'); Abraham

    Unused subs: Wickens, Hilton

That's the way to do it. Great performance by our youngsters, especially in the first half when all the goals came. The first was by MOTM Sylvester Jasper. There followed a double by Timmy Abraham and a belter by center back Jaydn Mundle-Smith.

    The team was:

    L. Ashby-Hammond, Asare, McAvoy (Drameh 80'), Mundle-Smith, Felix, Hilton, Davis, Carvalho, Tahir, Abraham, Jasper.

    Subs: Page, Wickens and Antwi

Good way to end their season by the youngsters. Well, not quite. Among a barrow load of chances Timmy Abraham tapped the ball in for our goal in the first half and then got himself sent of for fisty cuffs on the 70th minute. At that time we were under the cosh a bit, so credit to his team mates for hanging on and getting a result. Sylvester Jasper again had an outstanding game, including the assist for Abraham.

    The team was:

    L. Ashby-Hammond; Drameh, Asare, Armsworth, Martin; Davis (Antwi 89'), Hilton; Tahir (Page 60'), De Havilland, Jasper; Abraham

    Unused sub: Wickens
