I think historically the rivalry between Man United and Leeds exists, but ask any Man U fan who their main rivals are they will say Citeh, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool as they are the teams they are currently competing against. Kind of like us and Scunny I suppose. The rivalry exists, but not playing or competing against them affects the intensity of the rivalry.
As for the next 2 games, if Leeds can take points off Palace and Leicester then all the better for us.
Presumably the same reason he doesn't follow Plymouth, Blackpool or Leyton Orient, because those places aren't in East Yorkshire. Scarborough Atheltic/Town (either), Bridlington Town, Beverley Town, Hall Road Rangers, North Ferriby United and Westella and Willerby are all alternatives, but given the options, I don't know why you'd bother supporting anybody else. That said, I always look out for Ferriby's results.
True, but apparently Lincoln fans really dislike us, as do York's fans. Shame we won't be visiting either of them this season
I think you'd be right that they see both Man City and Liverpool as bigger rivals but I think thats because we are not in the same league anymore, there probably aren't any others though
