Seems to me that Jose has proven more than enough times that he can take any good team and make it a great one. What he has yet to prove is that he can keep a team at the top of the pile for an extended period. That would seem to be the challenge he is working towards, not repeating what he has already done.
And that's why I think he is staying at Chelsea. He is a great admirer of SAF and his longevity, and I am pretty sure that is the project at hand, make Chelsea a dominant team and take the Club up another notch as well.

Agree CP, it`s all that`s left for him to do <ok>

Even if Jose only stays three of four years, hopefully he will leave us a spine that can carry on winning trophies like he did in 2007 that won titles til 2012
Jose strikes me more and more like someone who is realising that life is more than watching footballers run around. He is obviously happy in London, he's rolling in readies, he's doing what he loves at a Club he loves. Another four years and I wouldn't be surprised if he buys a vineyard in the Doura Valley somewhere and turns his hand to winemaking. Maybe he might also take on the Portugese or even the English national team just to keep in practice !
