Two sides to football

We were linked with TH once.

 

I'm not gonna defend Smalling, we do all make mistakes but he should know better really.

There's no need for drawing comparisons between the two, firstly because they're mutually independent stories and secondly because they're making headline news out of somebody 'coming out', it's ****ing medieval journalism.

I could write a headline now with a picture of any footballer giving children presents at Great Ormond Street and next to him a picture of Eden Hazard kicking the ball boy at Swansea, then write "One of these loves helping kids have a better life, the other one goes around physically injuring welsh children for fun".

 

Gutter press, anything to fill a column or two.

School kids could fill the papers better than some of the so called journalists.
