Mullins is talking to Reading, according to yesterday's papers. Even in their time of need, Pompey are still doing their best to try and hurt us.

Really don't understand Henderson to West Ham though. He'll never displace Green, and West Ham rarely put a keeper on the bench. He'll either be sitting in the stands for them each Saturday, or be stopping yet another big name from getting onto their bench. And yet Ipswich wanted him to walk straight into their first XI.

I don't think the Administrator even has you on his radar st_brendy. We have been told that the fee for Henderson is "significant" - he is also one of our lower paid players. Ipswich did not offer very much for a joint Henderson and Ward bid.

I know one thing though, if Birch could sell every last player he would do. His role is to a) keep the club as a going-concern to attract a buyer, and b) raise as much money as possible to pay creditors. Other clubs won't come into the reckoning I'm afraid. Sorry - you can't land that one on us.

So you say you won't stand for what I just said, yet you agree with me <whistle>

I wont stand for you taking the attitude that I'm not blaming the club for poor management. I said nothing whatsoever about the clubs management, nobody said anything about it until you brought it up. I agree with what you said, that the clubs the one at fault, but you just threw that into the thread for no reason in response to me as if I had blamed someone else for the current situation.
