Youtube is quite easy to click through, because it remembers the stuff you watch and like. So if I select a particular artist, genre or tutor, it will give other recommendations, down on the side bar. Also if I find something I particularly want to go back to, I will save it in my favourites and place them into categories.
I don't really watch TV. Normally any documentaries are advertised in advance. I just look up a guide to see what football is on. Plus I get regular updates/promotions from Now.
I don't subscribe to Sports. So if I want to see a game I either use Now TV or BT Sport apps, then chromecast them to my TV. I've actually got a month voucher for NOW, but going to wait for the new season to start. You need good internet though, to use those services.
If you don't have the apps on your tv, there is a little device you can connect to the TV, that will link to the apps on your phone instead. So open the Now TV app on my phone, then stream it to my TV.
I dont watch TV at all, the mrs does though all that typical woman **** so I get that second hand but anything I watch is on demand or streaming mostly. TV is ****
No, but just watched the trailer to it, if this is the one... I really loved the Michael Palin documentary on them, I've always found places like North Korea fascinating. Some of that interest materialised from the propoganda we used to get fed about Russia, I think social media has helped to remove some of that, but infested itself now in a different way, that generally plays into the financial interest or political power of someone, rather than the humanity side of things. I remember watching another documentary one time, can't remember it's title, but it was a one woman protest in Russia. To keep within the law, she was only allowed to protest alone, but she still got arrested, basically for speaking out about the state. She also lost her job, because political powers put pressure on your employer, in a process that is made to gradually erode your confidence and well-being. Now I've no way of telling what is true, how can I/we, we can only observe and listen to what we are told. However, I don't see the West as much different, our own government, along with many other western governments, have already shown, in unprecedented times, they can shut us down and make us stay at home. Sadly this feeds into the conspiracy theorists, which then dilutes any sensible conversation to be had.
That's him. Dresnok I think his name is. Some more followed him and they made some anti US movies there.
