Community is a great comedy - only 6 seasons (no movie yet) Waiting for all of Stranger Things to be out before watching it all again. HIMYM, Sunny in Philidelphia - etc Anyone got any good serial killer/murder documentaries? Just finished the staircase which was weird AF! still not sure if he did it or not!
+1,000 for The Boys. Great entertainment, but **** me it's gruesome sometimes. Anthony Starr (Homelander) is hands down the most sinister bad guy I've ever seen. Billy Butcher (Karl Urban) is also superb. And if you're a fan of Starlight, you need to watch the movie Driven (2018, with Jason Sudeikis). You're welcome. Shining Girls on AppleTV was a really decent series, complicated and gripping. Can't say much about it else it'll be a (real) spoiler alert. I'm a fan of Stranger Things, always very well done. Latest series is borderline horror movie, some really awful scenes - in a very good way. If you've never seen it, we're in Season 4 (final season) so plenty of good stuff to get through. Star Wars fans should watch Mandalorian, Boba Fett and now Obi-Wan. The bigger disappointments for me have been the Marvel series. They peaked with the Infinity War stuff, all the multiverse things since haven't been (in my opinion) any good. Loki was the most bearable, Winter Soldier was just dull, and WandaVision was barely watchable. Ms. Marvel is too juvenile so, much like the Eternals movie, they've missed the mark a lot. Witcher - the game is infinitely better, series doesn't know what it wants to be. Wheel of Time, badly made and badly scripted. A very poor mans Game of Thrones.
Animal Kingdom is a very good watch..think the final season is out soon so if you’ve not seen it now would be a good time to get stuck in. Think someone has already mentioned Banshee but I can’t be arsed to read back and check but I’ll second it if so. Just finished GoT…haven’t got a ****ing clue what really happened or who was who and all the kingdoms and ****, very confusing but from a cinematic perspective some of the filming was absolutely on point! If you’re a fan of full frontal nudity and incest it’s right up your straßse!
they should have literally followed the game scripts for the Witcher series. The story of the games is what made that series what it was.
