Did I miss this being announced?

The Wolves game on 23rd January has been shifted to a 12:30 kick off live on Sky......

Outside of QPR and Wolves fans not at the game, who do Sky expect to watch two mid-table Championship teams? It's a crap time to watch football and just annoys regular supporters

Who do Sky expect to watch ANY championship games. Its average football at the best of times. Its exactly the same scenario as the football leagues arranging midweek games 100's of miles from West London, Blackburn, Sheff Wed and Leeds being prime examples

I think that's a combination of the police and Football League. The FL want to maximise attendances overall and the best way to do that is to have local games on Saturdays. Obviously it's bloody annoying that all of ours then get moved to Friday.
