Turning point for me is that I developed a feeling of inevitability to go with the boredom and depression.

I thought that this match might be a turning point too rwaeb but I thought Arsenal would win 0-1 today too. Score line right but just the wrong way around.
I thought the West Ham game might be the turning point, then the Everton game. To be fair there are signs that we are trying to up the speed of our game, then again Lamela looked to be one who could do that but difficult from the bench.
About where I'm at, though I'm weighing the quicker buildup and attacking in waves for the first time IMO more heavily.
I'd say the Hull game in the COC was when things started to look as if we had arrows pointing towards the opposition goal on our tactics board for a change.
I didn't see that game (scheduling conflict for Thursday games). But in the middle of the frustration today I found myself enjoying how we were playing, and thinking, hey, this is just like the (not so) old days.

The turning point was when Sandro came on, without him we are crap, and the turning point for every creative midfielder looking crap was when we loaned out Tommy Carroll, we should sell Paulinho just for his bottle job of a tackle, but we can keep Eriksen for Roo & SOS!
Man City's loss is a good reminder that even teams playing well and looking good can lose to teams that look much weaker on paper. The fact is that a 30,000,000 pound player isn't 30 times better than a 1,000,000 pound player, but five or eight percent, and that five or eight percent can be made up with greater desire and better tactics.
For me, the turning point has been with the way AVB has lied and tried to deceive the fans throughout the past week. His attitude over the Lloris incident last week was embarrassing. And then to speak publicly in the week and say that what we had seen on our screens was rubbish and that he and the medical staff knew what they were doing, was an insult to all Spurs fans. To treat us all with such contempt, was poor and is a real turning point in how much respect he deserves. To then follow that up by leaving Lloris out today because he is still "not ready" is another piss taking turn around from a guy who has really ballsed up on this one.

It may get more refined and a little easy on the eye or stay as it is.
The players play to the system not to their strengths.
Many wanted AVB and it was obvious from the first game last season it was going to be dull.
We must be pragmatic because nothing is going to change under this Iberian regime.

How many nil net spending clubs could afford to leave a 30 million record signing
in the reserves when the team is devoid of impact ?

I don't think AVB comes out of that article at all well. I call this his " turning point" because I fail to see how any fan can ever have trust in him again after this fiasco and contuing bullshit.
Avb won't go, yet anyway. I'm sure Levy is aware of the fans losing patience with his style of play so if Avb royally screws up then there is a chance he could walk or be sacked next summer or in a years time, but i personally feel Levy wants Avb for the long haul with baldini, as he can't handle another Redknapp or someone like Fergie, or even Wenger, a manager who wants full control.
