If Bruce is out, we have too go 4-4-2, especially considering Holloway already exploited the system when Blackpool were here.

    Rosie - Chezzy - Faye - Brady
    Elmo - Koren - Evans - Quinn
    Aluko - Big Nick

with Koren/Quinn/Aluko mixing it up behind/running of Nick.

    If Bruce is fit.

    Chezzy - Faye - Bruce
    Elmo - Koren - Evans - Quinn - Brady
    Aluko - Big Nick

I too would like to see Proschwitz start alongside Aluko but I dont think it will happen.

I dont think Holloway exploited anything. Just Blackpool took advantage of some slap dash defending.

We were 2-1 up and playing them off the park by the 60 min mark and then tired. SB imo should have made subs and parked the bus by the 70 min mark.

I really don't see why we have to change the system just because we lost against Holloway's team last time. There are plenty of other factors which contribute to winning or losing games.

    My team would be:

    Chester Faye Bruce
    Elmohamady Koren Meyler Quinn Brady
    Aluko Simpson

Why was Amos not even on the bench on Sat? Something funny going on or is he injured? We're pretty much obliged to play Stockdale for a while now anyway after throwing him in on Saturday.

Bruce said he'd given him the weekend off and expected him to be rearing to go tomorrow night.

He also said Stockdale was our best player on Saturday, so I don't expect to see Amos back on the pitch any time soon.

Simpson as scored 1 goal in 10 games which isn't good enough.

I think he needs a rest. Why not give Proschwitz a few games ?

I didn't think Simpson played very well at all on Saturday, he did however at Birmingham(in the first half) so it may be unfair to drop him after one poor game, but we all know strikers are judged on goals and you can't guarantee he will score week in week out, I would start Proschwitz tomorrow it could give Simpson a kick up the back side and I also think we caused problems after Big Nick came on on saturday.

We didn't really have a proper attack though did we? How do you expect a striker to score without seeing the ball in the box at any point? He did pretty well with a couple of runs from deep including the insane touch from Stockdale's long kick dropping over his shoulder, and it's that kind of ability on the ball that I like about him but some players require service and he's one of them.

I'd consider getting a big striker in there, but I wouldn't want to drop Simpson or Aluko really.
