Four strikers, an attacking winger in central midfield, an attacking right back at centre back ... I don't know whether to praise McCarthy for his ambition or question his state ignoring mind! As Westy mentioned, that looks like a Joe Royle side! We could be racking up the goals tonight and cruise to a comfortable victory or I fear this could be a Reading moment from last season and we will get hit on the counter attack, lose heavily, and McCarthy will go back to negative, safety first football. Then again, it's his final year of his contract. Maybe he just thinks "eff it", I'll give the fans what they've been wanting and if we get thrashed, we get thrashed?
Tell me about it Royston...playing all his trump cards at once. I think it's a bad move (unless we go three up at half time and he can take one or two off). I can see this being a goal rest.. let's just hope it's in our favour and we get no injuries
