Second race at Brighton should go the way of CHEVALLIER. Only Hannon/Hughes combo on the card.
At Catterick in the evening Johnston has two shorties that should oblige too.

It's that time of year again ..Chester beckons .. as always I'm looking for the heads up on at least 3 winners for each day ... so come one come all - lets have your views on the Chester Cup and the Irish Invasion for Thursday ?? .. cheers lads

Isn’t the ‘Chester Cup’ these days totally draw dependent??? In the last 6 runnings only one horse drawn higher than 5 has obliged – its not just in 5 furlong sprints at that venue that you want a low ‘un. A remarkable stat for such a large field race. Good news for the ‘Gabrial’ gang is that all 3 monikered beasts have secured berths 5 and under!

There have been whispers about Clive Cox’s Loaves And Fishes for a while and I guess tomorrow is judgement day re that one in the ‘Cheshire Oaks’. Bit surprised they didn’t wait for Saturday’s ‘Lingfield Oaks Trial’ though re this one as her dam won that race back in ’08.

Interesting insight as always SBC ... It's been hosing down in Chester this morning and more planed for tomoorw .. So an inform hurdler with proven stamina - Quick Jack , last years winner - Sueggioo for local patron Koukash ... or maybe an improver .. MymateChris .. ?? fascinating as always .. the decs. @ 12 today will be very interesting

BRIGHTON 3.50 Sixties Love @ 7/1

Baileys En Premier, Gilmer and Pick A Little will be taking each other on for the lead, which will suit Sixties Love's hold up style - didn't have a clear run off the same mark here last week. Good chance!!

Catterick 8.00- politbureau win:running off a nice weight after winning at redcar and ground should not be a worry.im on at 4s
