Don/Dan: Best of luck with Dappers tonight guys, she looked very green and daunted in the parade ring at Catterick so the experience will have done her the world of good.

For me she will need a run or 2 but everything will be crossed for you both and for a safe return of the filly <ok><smooch>

Dan, just sick of getting fobbed off with the doctor, I will just have to be more stern with him when I speak to him tomorrow. Will get it sorted this week.

Totally agree with GDC. I personally (call me a pessimist!!) think she will need today to get a proper run into her. She didnt get that first time although got the experience of being on course.

Danbo no info or anything but looked at the cards yest and a few notes

Had jotted down Amour Propre for the first - been off a long time but has won after a lay off in the past, should be a big price considering his form dropped a bit, but he is very quick and would go close if returning to form

I think Beachfire will hack up in the Johns Smiths cup 3.15

Really like Dark Promise today in the 400 but far too short so will double her up with Irish Boy in the 330 as Noel Wilson's horses are running very well and this one might just be able to get his head in front again.

Quite like cannon bolt in the 3-40 at Bath.

Also agree with Rainbow View that Beachfire should win on Saturday after that performance at Ascot.
