Mehmas is favourite to be the leading first season sire this year. The Hannon horse retired as a 2yo and he had some decent form in a consistent season.

Mehmas is represented today but I could not bet in the tricky races today. As a pure hunch I would not be surprised if Lockdown does prove a very topical winner today.

Drifting in betting but last run was a positive. Thanks to Nass i know Ivory does well here and it has won from the front another positive. So in my mind positives outweigh the drift so having a go on it.

Backed into half the odds, but did not want to go into stalls then almost reared when finally in.

In the upcoming maiden at Kempton Photograph seems to be overpriced at 16/1. Promising debut 2nd at Newmarket last year when staying on after racing prominently on testing looking conditions. Up in trip today. Nice each way chance I think
