Couldn't agree more. She does the simple things right and offers the horse the best chance to get there in front. Can't ask no more of a jockey than that. She actually won the next race after I posted too.
Yeah, I like both of them. I suppose they both do not get the chance to ride the highest calibre of horse consistently enough to make them even more prominent. Could be a sign of the times in Britain in hindsight, the more I think of it. Maybe that quality that the current jockey's predecessors had just isn't as abundant now, as it was then, to make them as prolific. Maybe we were a bit spoiled with McCoy and Ruby, but as eluded too above, they had no shortage of rides and or quality for the most part, maybe Ruby more so as McCoy would ride a camel if he was told it had a chance

to his credit he got it done on some rogue types too.
On Paddy Brennan...he was a jockey I used to really like because I felt he was a "lucky" jockey for me when I backed a horse he was on. I think though, wallet aside, that he is a decent jockey for the most part.
