The Sedgefield bumper is not the place you'd expect to see Mrs Fitri Hay's colours carried by a High Chaparral gelding who fetched €200,000 as a yearling, but sometimes that's how the cookie crumbles. Plenty of opposition though, the best of whom appear to have names starting with "D". Dalkingstown has run twice with credit under the penalty but might have to give best again to Definite Warrior, who is coming in for support this evening.

Took an early price on Definite Warrior

After missing yesterdays plot job with Ronald Harris . Johnny Levins runners in cork and Ayr take the eye . Particularly Unconscious Mind 2.05 Cork backed from 100s into 16s this morning with Lordan up but with two runners either side in Ayr might be worth keeping an eye on. Unusually for johnny he hasnt taken to facebook to pour cold water as is his want .

I was looking through the runners today and saw the number of Levins runners and the number of McManus entries. I was wondering if either or both were fancying a Curleyesque day...........
