That Fellaini is a ****ing liability for United - can't keep hold of the ****ing ball. Atrocious. Nass with a pint of Guiness in his hand has better balance.

You aren't wrong Oddy. It's a funny old game, Bayern have completely dominated yet Utd have had the best chance. Just hold on for another 45 minutes please Phil Jones!!

Just came on to ask BostonBob about what he thought of this Fellaini. I thought he was pretty good with Everton, but, so far, next to useless with ManU? He just ambled through the game and, especially early on, gave the ball away far too much?

Good performance by the ManU defence. Pity they lost sight of Schweinsteiger for just a couple of seconds.....

He's a midfield version of Berbatov Swanny minus the ability/class/composure/intelligence.

He lost Schweinsteiger for their goal. Lost possession constantly. Didn't seem aggressive at all. Lopes around the pitch incredibly lazily. Can't tackle.

For those reasons alone he's utterly crap. I'd love to know what he adds to the team that Darren Fletcher doesn't do better.

Great game tonight though. Atmosphere was quite special. The away goal probably kills us off but we had chances and should have scored. Kagawa changed the game when he entered the fray. He must play in Munich.

<laugh> Tks Bob, then Fellaini surely will be dropped for the return leg if Fletcher is available?

(Erm, maybe Boris had a saver on the 1-1 draw)..............

I don't have a clue. He's useless in front of goal. What was the early goal ruled out for? Looked okay to me at the time.

I can't see Man U keeping Fellani. I hate it when a new manager brings in players from his previous team. I reckon Waddock must have brought in half of the Aldershot team during his management spell at Wycombe. He was sacked.

Re the match, I am not a Man U fan but I think that early goal should have been allowed. Sure, if you put your foot through someone's head it's a free kick; but he didn't. He brought the ball down and volleyed it into the net, brilliant execution. The defender went to head the ball but it wasn't there. There was no contact between the foot and head. In my day that would never have been disallowed.

    Anti Football <ok>

Gulf in class first half was embarrassing for this stage of the tournament.

Got a flukey backwards header from nowhere, Alaba should have been on the post.

Bayern will take 4 off them in Germany.
