Champion Hurdle third Darver Star makes his chase debut in the opening race at Punchestown tomorrow.

Quilixios is also due to run in the 3 year old hurdle race, some of you will recall he was odds on to win last Saturday week at Gowran before being taken out due to the ground, Duffle Coat won that race that day. Scholastic is in this race to give us some very loose based collateral form as he was beaten 13 lenghts by Duffle Coat a month ago.

The 3.25 is also a nice race with some promising types starting to take to the track ahead of a busy Winter schedule. Not much I am interested in the way of a bet tomorrow, a watching brief with a point in view to the future.
