    I didn't like that too Grendel - the thought of Gordon Elliott covering a quarter of the field and no doubt prominently made up of Gigginstown horses taking over the show. They should introduce a rule of maximum 5 entries per trainer or similar. I sincerely hope Elliott gets nowhere near 10 to 15 entries.

    As for the spectacle side totally agree there was no finer sight than to see horses tackling the unique mighty spruce fences...now we see them bunny hoping them.

    Totally agree lads, max entry five horses per trainer/owner on all races!! We need to stop this owner monoploy continuing, it's ruining the game.Down with this sort of thing!(careful now)

    Worth mentioning that Martin Pipe once ran 10 (TEN!!) horses in the Grand National

    Well I got my answer to that one.

    Bolger has said the horse will be pulled out at the first possible opportunity because he considers that he has been harshly handicapped compared to other Irish runners.

    A bit "Toys out of the pram" but it did look a bit stiff given that the Irish Handicapper had already put the horse up 12 lbs for winning last time.
