How do you make £3 billion selling tax free goods when most of the goods available duty free are other brands?

 

Holding firm at the moment. We've stayed well clear of all the kind of crap these clubs do to try and force an atmosphere - goal music and fanfares and cheerleaders and the like, so that's a good sign.
