Vincent: And you know what they call a... a... a gangbang in Yale? Jules: They don't call it a gangbang? Vincent: No man, they got the metric system. They wouldn't know what the **** a gangbang is. Jules: Then what do they call it? Vincent: They call it a Devil's Triangle.
I see musk has rolled over for the sec. I'm surprised they let him off so lightly. he couldn't be chairman and CEO anyway. that's never good corporate practice. just drops the chairman role and keeps CEO.. 20mil fine... meh. the share price took an absolute battering. tha company must be on the edge.
They're worried that it will delay the nomination until after November and they're in real damage of losing control after nov vote. They want to rush it through while they can push any old person through.
should have changed candidate 2 weeks.ago and it's be done now. pushing this through and the guy gets impeached later as a rapist or whatever and its self defeating. anyway...who cares
Takes more votes and a large majority to impeach than it does to elect him. It's a big deal because there is no term limit on supreme court judges. Once he's in... He's in for life. (Unless they get concrete proof enough to convict). Is K. a sex offender? Quite probably. I'd bet there is a high percentage chance he is guilty. That said, you couldnt convict someone on just accusations no matter how convincing they sound. Enough doubt to not elect him to supreme Court... Absolutely. But not enough to impeach or put him in jail. Trump's biggest legacy isn't going to be the way he has wrecked America's reputation abroad. His legacy is going to be putting to far righter in supreme Court for life. That's going to cause problems for potentially decades.
it's a case of... women need to learn from this and from metoo and so do cops and authorities and report rates have to go up. like ronaldo rape and pay off accusation.
Indeed. For whatever reason some people are scared or reluctant to report which is ashame because it means the guy is out there free to do it to someone else.
@Milk of Badger Day did you see the piece on Nunes and his family farm? I meant to paste it here but got a call and forgot. It's eyebrow raising in its hilarity but show cases how literally stupid those rural voters are in their support for him... they literally voted to wipe out their workforce but justify it with "well, we don't agree with that bit" Well since stopping literally your entire workforce from getting in and kicking out those that did.... what bit did you like that you thought was worth ending your business for lol
Trump mocks Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford's testimony https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-45727618
That's pretty low even for Trump to mock a potential sexual assault victim. How well does Trump remember any specific day from 36 years ago when he had been drinking I wonder. I'm sure he sees himself in K. and hates women who come forward and reports assault.
so is it the case that this woman cannot go to police as she never reported the alleged crime at the time?
Jokes and complaints as Trump sends 'presidential alert' to 225 million Americans Many people were not impressed about getting a message from the president which they could not opt out of. https://news.sky.com/story/jokes-an...presidential-alert-to-225m-americans-11516985
Bookies currently have it as evens whether he'll use the system to send a dickpic to everyone during his first term
He didn't actually have anything to do with the alert. It is mandated that it has to be tested once every three years (back from Obama era) and FEMA tested the alert not the President. If Trump had posted the alert himself it would have been more divisive.
genius. can't afford boos at your party conference. do a silly dance and play loud music. it only costs your dignity. but you won't have your position undermined by the hard brexiteers
