I met an American dude recently on a trip. he was a trump fan
this guy was a college graduate in a quite a decent sales type role. he was not white (was proud to tell us all about himself when drunk)
he was giving it large about the celebrity tha is trump and his rise and how genius a businessman he is and all that..
so.imo some people in the USA must celebrate celebrity far more than they do moral compass and standards.
I reckon Kanye west has a very decent shout at white house now

I'm very disappointed in Lindsey Graham. He used to be a pretty decent guy. I've voted for him in the past. He was as far from the racist/sexist Trump republicans as you could get. Quite centrist.

Same as the Tories here. At least half the ****s don't believe in brexit at all but they know they stick together or they hang together.
Maybe the republicans feel they have to hope that sticking with trump and if his tax breaks and talk turns into a good feeling they will see it through
Maybe. In the past he was quite famous for crossing party lines fairly frequently. I know his opposition in primaries here in SC frequently accuse him of being too liberal. (He was never liberal though... He's a centrist... Or he used to be... By American standards at least).
He's pretty comparable politically to McCain (or at least used to be).
