I suspect that while North Korea have a nuclear weapon and a rocket to deliver it they probably cant afford the fuel to launch it. Its all an elaborate con to get rid of sanctions.

Agree with the Real General that Kim is there only because it suits Kim and nada to do with Trump’s posturing.

The bloke is a numpty but I wholeheartedly agree with his mashing up of the trade deals. He is 100% correct that they should be open to review every few years. This article in the Guardian summed my feelings about it:

    https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/jun/13/trump-nafta-g7-sunset-clause-trade-agreement

He is just breaking rank from the cartel is all. If something isn't broke don't try to fix it. However if you review something 14 years old and discover that because of the way its set up it is causing some issues, then do try to fix it and make it better. Why not?

That quote is so true - In Rights of Man, published in 1791, Thomas Paine argued that: “Every age and generation must be as free to act for itself, in all cases, as the ages and generations which preceded it. The vanity and presumption of governing beyond the grave is the most ridiculous and insolent of all tyrannies.”

That kind of vanity and arrogance of governing beyond the grave should never be allowed. We should be constantly reviewing and trying to make things better. That is what governance and continual improvement is all about.

Its been brutal for those of us who live in the much more progressive (and productive) northeast. I won't say all his supporters are morons but the vast majority are so stupid. His supporters talk about how he got tax reform done.... The average American saw an increase of 1.50$ per week.

Yep. Hence why all the bullshit around Parliament should be immediately ripped down. Right honourable tossers.

That story about the MP who objected to a law banning upskirting sums up how ****ed current politics is.
