You ignore all the facts in front of you because like a lot of people you cannot distinguish between your dislike of the person and the achievements of his Office.
He’s only just started and his legacy will be one where America is made great again after years of spineless muppets.

Well... He's succeeded in the rest of his life by being a massive crook, alienating the people he deals with directly and lying to everyone else about how amazing he is, and he's done it thanks to millions of poorly educated rubes who take everything they're told at face value. So I'm not surprised that his presidency is happening in pretty much the same way.

 

Well, the man is a complete nŵmpty, but since he's pulled out of the somewhat inflammatory manoeuvrers alongside South Korea and has, it's believed, on pulling back North Korea from the brink without anyone losing face: he's done more than than anyone else in the recent past.

I don't like the fellow, but I tip my hat at him for this one.

 

He's only at the table with North Korea because North Korea now have nuclear weapons. Countries rightly ripped the piss out of NK in the past on sanctions and now after several years of nuclear tests and launching new missiles it's all of sudden, "oh, we want to talk". The winner of this standoff and man who has brought this to situation to this point is Mr Kim, like it or not. That Trump tries to take credit for this get together, and even get suggestions that a noble peace prize is due (from his own camp I'm sure), is a joke. That they met means very little in terms of denuclearisation, as if NK will give up nukes when these meetings only took place in the first place because NK has attained nukes. Give them up and they will go back to having little power. We also need to remember that these two dictators are primarily concerned with remaining in power. Hostilities will return when it suits them and they need to show strength to retain their positions by putting fear into their citizens via the pliable media. Same goes with Putin. This is how they roll. They are all bad people.

 

Maybe we should tell him we have developed a death ray then so he will drop the trade tariffs on steel in return for giving it up.
