Trump is ****ed, the Republicans know he’s ****ed, even the Tories have now seemingly admitted he’s ****ed. Unfortunately his parting gift to the Nation he professes to love, is going to be massive civil insurrection imo, when he calls the result a fraud, desperately tries to get it overturned, fails and then incites an uprising. As his narcissistic flawed personality won’t allow him to accept defeat with any grace or humility. It’s an absolute disgrace what that man has done to that Nation, with his hate speech, racism, divisive and deliberate polarisation of the populous. Both he and every single one of those have enabled him should hang their heads in shame.

Revolution, slavery, Civil War, genocide. The USA has all that in it’s very recent history. And it’s the only developed country not to have disarmed it’s population. They have two things going for them though; a constitution written into law by wise (not always necessarily good) men intent on preserving the liberty of it’s future citizens in perpetuity. And a relentless optimism that has enabled them to overcome huge traumas throughout the country’s existence.
