I think we have all quietly accepted that NSIS is not with us anymore, I'd love to be wrong, but there is no way he would have stayed absent this long.

Yeah I definitely feel the worst has happened with Nsis. No real way of confirming either.

NSIS disappeared around the time of the outbreak, he lived in Spain. It's the only conclusion I can come to.
