I've thought in the past that they've had a poor window adding to a mediocre squad but then they've gone on to do relatively well so who knows.

Isn't it wonderful how no matter how dark and low safc can get. The Mags are there to make everything feel better by being a laughing stock.

I like the bit where It's claims that it's in Mikes best interests to sell up. Yeah that makes sense, give up free advertising on a world scale for his successfully business. One hand is feeding the other, why would he **** that off? Why do the Muppet think his valuation of the club is so high? Cause he'll be factoring the losses to other business by how much they'll have to pay a year in advertising. He's not ****ing daft. They are.:emoticon-0136-giggl

I love the way they get upset because he runs Newcastle as a business, and had the audacity to make a profit!

I confess I do recall a fair bit of crowing when Fat Mike rode into town: "Billionaire owner - will take us forward - Man Utd are our natural competition now, not SAFC - blah, blah". Say what you like about Ellis, (1) he walked (2) he took a massive chunk of debt with him and (3) he was careful who he handed the club over to. Ashley would go tomorrow if he could, but there's no way he'd do it on the cheap and he wouldn't give a toss who paid, as long as they paid.

Yeah I remember it being a dark day for me when Short turned down the German buyers and we were back to having no hope but what happened after that was remarkable. I literally can't imagine a better ownership team than the one we have in place now and we do owe Short thanks for that.

Nah, but I'm not going to humour you and talk you through the long list of why everything is looking absolutely fan-****ing-tastic. Don't like you enough to bother.

And there you go again. With your perfect local idiom and impeccable grammar.

Only for you to realise it leaving you to mash up the final sentence to try to cover your tracks.

My heartfelt gratitude to you Sir. But as I posted earlier; I honestly don't harbour any hatred towards you guys. It is just my poor English that lets me down.
