He really gets it. He understands the club and the fans. This isn't just a pay cheque to him.
All the trash talk of Bruno being sold - he knows he won't be idolised quite like this elsewhere. Yes, he could play for the likes of Madrid or Barca, but he wouldn't be the top man. I think he genuinely loves being here. He thrives on the adulation.

can someone explain to me why it has taken so long to 'show the cup off'?
been trying to think of an instance when a club has taken so long to do a parade, it usually happens in the same week with the cup getting a showing on the next home match day yet the TV have been beating themselves daft over it (i rarely watch it but can hear it from bro-in-laws room)...nm, at least it offers them some brief joy.
