BArton was aweful today gave away way too may passes including the Carrick goal one.

Our best player by far today was the woodwork ! Though again some of the players put in a lot of effort. Movement off the ball from Utd was fantastic, again something to learn here. We needed Utd to play badly to get something from the game and they played well, all we would hope to get from a game like this is some postives and I see few, except maybe DJs movement. Perhaps worth starting DJ and HH up front !
 
Traore is a good signing, but I'm not convinced he's a left-back. Looks more comfortable as a winger. Did anyone else notice him walking towards Valencia for their first goal? It was like he'd forgotten the game had started! If we buy a left-back in the transfer window, I'd like to see him pushed up on the wing in place of Mackie or SWP (whoever is out of form at the time)

Oh **** off mate, he tries harder then Barton and SWP put together and was our best attcker yesterday...u have a go at Mackie but dont mention SWP,BOOTHROYD OF BARTON....

DROP SWP play Traore, he's still young and has alot to learn...

I said he tries hard , but that is it for me. In a lot of peoples eyes he can do no wrong,but for me will never be good enough. He had 8 good games at the start of last season and that is it.

The three you mention are not playing well but have the potential to deliver , mackie does not have that potential for me and have either scored or come close, mackie never looks like scoring. If he is our best attacker we will go down, 2/3 goals max this year.
