Think it is meant to be people who were alive and young seeing in the Millennium, with some being adults by then. The ones born after 2000 are called generation Z or something equally lame. I was born in 1988 so smack bang in the middle of millennial hype. I encourage gender neutrality, veganism and conserving the world
