DVDDD, I hope you're right about Green - my Daggers source was convinced he was on his way to the Prem after 'the bidding went through the roof'. If we could swing this, IMO he'd be the ideal partner for either Benson or BWP, a nippy forward that not only knows where the net is and finds it regularly but can also set up the close-in chances that the other two are so fond of converting.
I thought Green was a winger so if we play him and Wagstaff out wide, then Hollands and Jackson in the middle on paper that looks a strong unit with Hayes playing behind BWP We'll need to score 4 goals a game with our defence but looks very promising

I hope your not having us on DVDDD, the signing of Danny Green would be a great one. Last I heard though he was off to the Premier League for a record fee! So I won't let myself get too excited. The Hayes signing is taking its time though. I'm hoping the news of the French LB isn't sloppy journalism but I fear it is just Sky Sports recognising we're short of a LB and that he wants to come to London.
Reports today that PNE have sorted out Hayes contract and he is leaving virtually on a free. This will make him more attractive to other clubs so I hope he has already agreed terms with us.
