How?? As I believe it, the SFA were told prior to 11 we still had a deal to do. That gave us till midnight to get paperwork over to them, the paperwork went just before midnight but as it was so tight SFA did not have time to update the FIFA system before the cutoff. Technically we did everything OK (if the above is correct) and it will be a few days before the transfer is confirmed or not. Sure same thing happened 2 or 3 years back in January window with us?
If released by man City he could not sign for a club until January window anyway. Rules in place to stop this kind of thing

The quietness from Lawwell does make me think we won't ask SFA to appeal to FIFA and hopes we all fall for thecold late paperwork line......but every report mentions the appeal which makes me think someone at the club has intimated thats what we were going to do.
