This is just not good enough. This window was the one to be looking ahead to the champions league qualifiers, bringing in one or two who would be first choices and give them time to bed in along with using the rest of the season to play those who might make it - Rogic for example - while shipping out the dross. Its no surprise that some of the players who have been there/ done it in europe are getting out ; they can see the writing on the wall. If I was Ledley, Samaras or some of the others I`d be getting out too. What really ****ing annoys me is the pathetic and insulting smokescreen of unbeaten runs and clean sheets being put up - ****ing meaningless in the big picture.
Must have a whole team of players out on loan now. You'd hope them getting games might help them be ready for the first team next season. My moan for this window is over, now to begin crapping it over losing Forster and potentially Van Dijk in the summer.

That being said we've made 3 signings and who knows how they will turn out, I suppose we have to trust the Coaching staff's eye for talent again, it's all we have at the moment. I'll go out on a limb and predict Griffiths will probably turn out to be an excellent pice of business, he's young and raw but he's certainly got the ability and we got him cheap in the grand scheme. His wages won't be outlandish (Nor the other 2 signings) so we may still splash £3m or £4m on a player in the summer. Yep, i'm a glass is half full type of guy, you need to be, same as for the sense of humour Bankier referred to.
Nah, when Mr Potato head scores, his little hat and nose and ears and stuff will all fall off. Then he'll have to pick it all up before continuing. That's going to slow him down a bit and could even be a Health & Safety issue. I think this should have been taken into consideration before buying him.
