Absolutely no creativity or goals in our midfield, so let's sign another two slow defensive minded midfielders.

I assume it's going to be played long to Novak and hope Ajose can get on the end of it. If we did somehow go back up, we would need to sign a large amount of players next summer.

Whilst id be very happy with o'hara - is it a reliable source? It was only a few weeks ago where he was too rich for our blood.

A poster on CL knows Jamie O Hara and the Club have made him an offer. Other Clubs have also made him an offer he is deciding which one he will take.

Oscar Gobern has joined us on trial and will be involved on Tuesday. Kevin Foley is still training with us. Simon Moore is joining today or tomorrow. They are also trying to get Jason Pearce in. It is going to be a busy week with potential ins and maybe some outs.

The latest news is Declan Rudd and Louis Thompson are coming in on loan from Norwich. It has been reported that Anton Ferdinand is training with us but apparently it is Preston. In the past he has been a frequent visitor to the training ground.

Tuesday lunchtime. A scant five days until Bury kicks off. The two signings that we were hearing about (in 48 - 72 hours) have magically not materialised. There is a rumour about a keeper from Carlisle, which sort of suggests the other keepers we were linked to have decided reserve team football would be more enjoyable tan life at the Valley this season.
It would be nice to know if the silence is down to Katrien's useless negotiating skills (where on her CV did it tell Roland she would be usefull at this?). the generally toxic nature of the Valley and it's Circus freak-show owner, or simply that we are being constantly being outbid by rival clubs. There is even the prospect that we have no cash available as we are still paying wages for all the players loaned to other clubs, which is about as nutty as anything we have been served in the lsat few years. However, my own view is that we are going into this season in an even worse state than the pessimists expected.
Ons small fact is that this thread now has more pages than the club has managed transfers, even allowing that they have narrowed the gap by giving so many players away.
