    been in position to do something about it but I am afraid you blew it.
    For the record Stereo, everytime I watched Russell playing against Celtic I was not impressed. When did he impress
    you. We would probably trust your judgement.

    Born in 1988 which was our centenary year so he's clearly a Celtic man through and through.

    Still got to be in the hunt for a striker atleast???

    Any truth that Dundee utd have placed a £2m price on Russell?? If so would indicate they are willing to sell.

    Hooper and stokes are the only first team strikers we have. Watt looks great but we can't put too much pressure on him imo.

    Dundee Utd say they're doing no business in or out.

    If we don't get Russell this window we never will IMO. Already a few EPL sides sniffing round and his price will rise accordingly if he does well this season.

    By the way the reason for lack of games last season for Marvin Ogunjimi was because his transfer to Mallorca was deemed to have been concluded after the transfer window was closed and he was therefore not given permission by the ruling bodies to play <ok>

    Would still prefer Russell though.

    Can see Hooper going January/next summer and would rather we get Russell now then pay potentially double the price next year or even lose out to an EPL side.

    If we are loaning that guy there is no reason we shouldnt be buying Russell also. 2 strikers have left this month.
